Conclusion
An electronic cigarette left on a sofa armrest — gone by the following day. Of all the objects observed in this study, this one had the shortest window of abandonment. Whether it was retrieved by its owner or removed by someone else is unknown. It left behind no further evidence.

An electronic cigarette was discovered resting on the armrest of a leather sofa on the 5th floor of Building 1111. Its exterior bore a red gradient finish. No owner was present. The object appeared deliberately placed rather than dropped — balanced on the armrest as though set down momentarily.
Documentation completed. The specimen was left in situ.
